What's up everyone? Ken Christopher here, and today is another week of Christopher Ranch
garlic shrimp recipes. We're doing sheet pan garlic shrimp. It's very simple, very fast,
and you're going to be sure to love it. So let's start with taking some deveined shrimp,
and we're going to put them on a sheet pan. We're going to take some California heirloom garlic,
and we are going to finely chop them like so, and we are going to coat our shrimp
with our California garlic goodness until we get plenty of flavor on each one.
Let's go ahead and drizzle some extra virgin olive oil, and let's go ahead and add a little bit of
salt. Now what I failed to mention was before we start this process, be sure to go to your
oven and preheat to 350 degrees, because we're taking our sheet pan, and we are going to go in
for approximately eight minutes or until fully cooked. Okay, so now that eight minutes have
passed, let's go ahead, turn off our oven, and let's go ahead and bring our pan with our garlic
shrimp goodness right out, and what we're going to do is add all that butter we had earlier to
the pan directly, and we're going to go ahead and just let this baby melt. At the same time,
we're going to go ahead and add some lemon juice, giving it a beautiful citrus flavor,
and to everything, let's go ahead and add some parsley, giving it a beautiful green color,
and in no time at all, you have yourself some sheet panned garlic shrimp. Now let's go ahead
and take some shrimp, put over a bed of rice, and you're going to have yourself a meal your family
is sure to enjoy. From all of us here at Christopher Ranch, we want to say thank you
for supporting Garlic Farmers, and as always, Go Garlic, and Go Garlic Shrimp!
