This comforting dish features creamy béchamel sauce combined with melted cheese and perfectly baked potatoes. It’s a simple yet indulgent recipe that’s sure to become a family favorite!

🔔 Ingredients:

Potatoes 1 potato per person
White cheese 750 grams (cow's cheese)
Kashar cheese (about 1 kilogram)
Wheat flour 1.5 cups
Milk (1.5 to 2 liters)
Margarine (500 grams)
sunflower oil 200 grams
Salt
Sugar
Optional: Nutmeg, red pepper flakes, mint, black pepper

📝 Instructions:

Wash and boil the potatoes until tender.
Let them cool, then peel and cube them.
Prepare the béchamel sauce by melting margarine, adding flour, then slowly incorporating cold milk.
Stir in the white cheese and seasonings.
Combine potatoes with béchamel sauce, top with kashar cheese, and bake until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Use a sharp knife to cut cold potatoes easily.
Add cold milk to the béchamel sauce to avoid lumps.
