LECCE-CAGLIARI 1-0 | HIGHLIGHTS | Krstovic scores off Gaspar header to seal win | Serie A 2024/25

Oh, that's too short and this is a great chance for Kristović. Can he finish the job? Kristović still going. Great stop by Luperto and the second shot goes wide. A real chance goes begging there for the home side. Livumbo bearing down on goal, strikes the top of the crossbar. What a chance that was for the Angolan. See what they can make of this opportunity. They go short. That's Gasper on the far post and it's Kristović with the touch and it's in. Lecce do break the deadlock. They've mowed the most of their opportunity and it is Kristović, Nikola Kristović, the man on target. Oh, that's a heavy challenge by Dorgu on Prati. Referee Fabri takes a look and upgrades his yellow to red. Space for a jello to get in the cross. Azi with the header. How did that not go in? Banda. Tete Morente also in support. Banda goes for the shot and it's fractionally wide. Good effort. Play goes on for now with Livumbo and a chance for Livumbo. Blocked again. Livumbo once again denied as Lapidula tries to find space for the shot and the ball falls. Viola off the crossbar. So unlucky. And the referee says that's it. Lecce have done it. Look at the smiles on their faces. Final score here, Lecce 1, Cagliari 0.
