RAYO VALLECANO 1 - 2 FC BARCELONA | RESUMEN LALIGA EA SPORTS | J3 | 2024/2025

For the third match of week three in La Liga EA Sports, this is Rayo Vallecano against Football Club Barcelona. For Rayo, it is the first home fixture now, playing just behind Robert Lewandowski. And before kick-off... Wide by Mumim, forward by Balliu for De Frutos. Martin tries to get back. That is clever! And there's the opening goal! Unai Lopez marks his 200th appearance in La Liga with a fine finish to put Rayo in front. It's flooding forward at pace. This is Alvaro. Wonderful cross. Cameo spinning, taking his time, giving it to Espino, who drives at goal but can't... And of course, it's gonna be... Rafinha! Well, he did have Cardenas sprawling across his goal. An effort towards goal and it's off the crossbar. And Barcelona are coming closer and closer. Pedri can take over, get his head up and drive forward. Find Rafinha, cut back for Pedri. Pedri! Wonderful goal. Wonderful, wonderful goal. Composure with the finish. In you go to Pedri, who carried it forward, gave it wide. Pedri to Lamin. Lamin! And Lewandowski! Can he finish? Yes, he can! Barcelona in front for the first time tonight with 20 minutes to play. Lewandowski has his fourth goal of the season. Valde for Lamin, takes on Espino, cuts it back for Dani. Olmo! What a goal! Precision, on debut, to put Barcelona in front. He's been away 10 years. He's had to wait the opening two matches. Lamin, who threads it forward for Koundé. The run from Rafinha looked excellent. And this is an effort from Bernal. A very good effort indeed from the youngster. Barcelona have three wins from three. They've come from behind to win at Vallecas. And Dani Olmo is the star, off the bench at half-time. It was a scintillating performance from the new signing.
