It's really nice to see you again and I hope all is well. I’m in my kitchen late this afternoon and getting ready to make dinner. I'm trying to use all these peppers and tomatoes from our garden, so going to do lots of canning this weekend, but tonight, I’m making these delicious Mexican Flautas along with fresh and homemade pico de gallo.
