(Back to our series) In today's vlog we are now on our way back home and driving from Winnipeg to Fort Frances. Before leaving the big city, we went downtown to the Forks, where the Assiniboine River flows into the Red River, and which has a rich history of early Aboriginal settlement, fur trade, the advent of the railway, waves of immigration and the Industrial Age. It was beautiful and we would have stayed longer to visit the Museum of Human Rights but had to hit the road again to meet our new friends in Fort Frances. The drive from Kenora around Lake of the Woods, down Sioux Narrows and to Fort Frances was stunning by the way. Once we arrived to Fort Frances, we met our new friends, Jackie and Gerry, who fed us and showed us all around town! Truly a memorable experience.

Thanks for watching! 😄

We upload a new adventure twice a week now, Mondays and Thursdays!
