I prepare the meat for the baby soup in several portions. After boiling it in the pressure cooker until it softens, I divide it into food containers along with some broth and store in the freezer. I already have made some chicken. Today I'm preparing beef. I only add onion and carrot for taste. Ribs for lunch This summer we barbequed meat several times. I marinate with Messolonghi salt I bought coarse salt in a grinder for the first time and it adds a delicious taste to the food! I'm also trying a spice mix for meat for the first time. They turned out quite tasty but I prefer the spices that we usually add. I thought it would be convenient to make mixes with the spices I use for various recipes and to have them on hand whenever I need them. I also got onion powder which I didn't end up using. I add extra oregano and some wine. I put it aside for a while. I'm making a nook for the sourdough! I kept one piece to make today with vegetables. You can, of course, make larger quantities if you have some room in the freezer. Grilling it is usually enough and the meat turns out tasty and juicy. The pieces, however, today were large and not cooked enough inside so I put them in the oven for a while and they turned out perfect! By the evening the sourdough was ready so I prepared crepe batter for the next morning! The weather has cooled and summer is ending. I hope you enjoy the remaining days until Fall!
