Kieran Tierney, Aaron Ramsdell, Jacob Kivio apparently are close to the exit door. I know
you've heard this a million times, but allegedly Mikel Moreno, after what feels like two years
of waiting, seems to be very close to signing for Arsenal Football Club. I'm sure you would
have seen Jokorez, a Sporting Lisbon and Sweden striker we've been linked with, has picked
up where he left off last season and he's got three goals in as many games or something
along those lines for Sporting Lisbon. Now, big up Arsenal because we obviously won two
goals to nil against Wolves. We got the vital three points and now shift can focus towards
Aston... Well, focus can shift, apologies, towards the Aston Villa game next Saturday.
In the meantime, with it still being a transfer window, Arsenal probably would concede they
haven't done all their transfer business in terms of incomings and outgoings. And clearly
the rumours mills are still going to flow. Now you can rest assured by the time this
video comes out, there'll probably be some other news in which more videos will follow.
So turn on your notification bells, get the creative juices flowing and let me know your
thoughts on everything we discussed. And don't forget to like and subscribe. And as usual,
DG Nation, big up to you lot. People were growing slowly, but surely slow motion is
better than none. Now, if I share my screen with you lot, Fabrizio Romano, who tweets
every second and respectfully to him, is there really updates at this moment in time? Us
Arsenal fans with the greatest of respect to Mikel Moreno and Arsenal's pursuit, we're
bored of speaking about him. Where Mikel Moreno's concerned, a bit like California, you get
to that point where I just want to see you holding the Arsenal shirt. If you're not holding
the Arsenal shirt and the scarf and saying you grew up watching Omri, et cetera, I don't
want to hear about it. Nonetheless, Romano has said we are at the final metres and final
details of the Mikel Moreno-Arsenal deal, with my sources indicating that it could be
something like 24 to 48 hours before we can say, here we go. It's really, really close.
They're almost there working on the final steps. There's already an agreement on the
final fee and clubs have been working in the last two or three weeks on payment terms.
The deal structure, the add-ons are now getting closer on all the details of the deal. So
that's great. But as I said, now all you want to hear is fee agreed on Sky Sports or whatever,
medical taking place and people tracking the plane. And now you sign for the club.
Now, again, I guess Arsenal clearly and Sociedad have come to an agreement on the actual fee
and how the fee will be paid. We know this is Mikel Arteta's alleged top, top target.
We know he's got a year left on the deal. I think we'd all concede people respectfully
to Jorginho, Thomas Partey, Declan Rice in this left, Fabio Vieira potentially playing
in midfield, as well as Odegaard and Kai Havertz. There doesn't seem to be any long-term
ism, either in some of the players that can play in that role or in terms of the age profile.
And regardless of who's here, because they are all good players, I'm sure every Arsenal
fan would say when you look away from left-back and defensive options, which California is great,
sorting out David Reyes' future, getting some players gone, we probably need a winger and
a striker, people, in my opinion, to go with Mikel Moreno. So it's not quite here we go.
Hopefully it's getting there. According to reports, Arsenal are hours away from Spain
international Mikel Moreno as he is close to leaving Sociedad. So far this summer,
we've made two signings. As we know, the 28-year-old has a year left on his deal.
He's been consistently linked with us. He was currently left out of Sociedad's first
game of the season. Romano also said, people, that it is close. As stated, the Sociedad manager
said, I've left out players who are in talks with other teams. If it were up to him, Moreno,
he'd be on the pitch, but I'm leaving him out. I think it's the best for everyone. During the
week, we worked everything that he would be with the group. And at the last minute,
I decided to leave him out. So that probably means, that could mean, A, you know what,
I've had a change of heart and I might as well prepare for you departing sooner rather than later.
Maybe we didn't think the move to Arsenal potentially was as imminent as it suggested,
and you've now been pulled out to not risk injury. Maybe it's nothing to do with that,
but maybe he's not necessarily in the right headspace. And it's obviously a cloud on the team.
I don't know. Or maybe it's a tactical decision, which I don't want Sociedad week in, week out.
But I very much doubt such people. You know Moreno, he was there to help. At the moment,
he was with us. At the moment, he hasn't left. I don't know what will happen. I know what he wants,
but we don't know because the market is what it is. Tomorrow, he will help Real to win,
but off the pitch. And obviously, you would have seen him and a couple of players get
congratulated on obviously winning the Euros with Spain in their part. Apparently, reports claim our
latest offer is 30 million euros plus five million add-ons, around £30 million overall.
Sociedad's valuation was £34 million. So it seems like there could be a compromise,
and the agreement could be officially reached in the next couple of days.
Now, pick up Kai Havertz for scoring goals, but we'd like the best of both worlds. Sakon
Martinelli, Trost Sark, Gabriel Isus, Kai Havertz, Declan Rice in that eight-row,
Gabriel and Salibo, and whoever wants to pop up from set pieces or unlikely goalscorers
to do their thing. But we get an inside forward and obviously a striker. And Jocorez is continuing
to remind us why we should go for him, people. We all know the Sesco deal, as it said here,
didn't happen. Apparently, Arsenal had admirers of Jocorez, who has garnered attention from some
of the world's biggest clubs, and he continued to do so after bagging two goals in Sporting
Lisbon's 6-1 league win over Natião on Saturday night. He played the full 90 minutes, scoring
twice, and was unfortunate not to score a third after his effort hit the bar in the latter stages,
people, which is great. And he's still been linked with a move away. He has previously said that
Amorim's a great coach and his future would be tied to him. Since then, forgive me if I'm wrong,
but Amorim's technically left. And he did say, people, that he wouldn't be quizzed on his future
per se. I mean, I feel like Ruben Amorim isn't at Sporting Lisbon. But as I said, I'm not watching
them. I don't know people. But apparently, Amorim said in terms of the transfer market,
we can't control it. The players who have had a lot of impact last season, if they were to leave,
it would mean good money coming in. I'm not worried at all. We're competing in the Champions
League this year and we want to be champions again. We're very much focused, but anything
can happen until the end of the window. Allegedly, Llorens has a release clause,
which is valued at 100 million euros, which equates, apologies, to 85 million pounds.
And you have heard they're actually willing to do business for around 50 to 60 to 70,
and which for the 25-year-old, if we are admirers of him, it could be something in that regards,
people. Again, reports are still linking us with Llorens as well, folks. Apparently, who's K?
Steve K, who works for the, I think, transfer, whatever, you know, some transfer website,
don't know the credibility. I think he works for this website, but he's been speaking. He has said
people about the release clause. He said Bruno Gomez is a really good player. Is he a 100 million
rated midfielder? I don't think so. And that turned off Arsenal City. If he became available,
similar to Llorens, at about 50 to 60 million, I'm sure he'd be someone we'd be looking at.
But at the price they want, I think more or less immediately, no. Llorens, as you know,
got 53 goals in 50 appearances last season for Sporting Lisbon, which would be great.
Kai Havertz picked up where he left off last season, bagging in the first game in the Premier
League against Wolves. So, I wonder where the club are at in terms of if we need a striker.
We'll have to watch this one. But the window's getting on, people, and you do have to be
slightly prepared to overpay. Arsenal are looking to offload Poland international
Jakub Kyrgiosz this summer. The 24-year-old has been linked with an exit in recent weeks,
and Rudy Galetti has now confirmed that Arsenal are eager for Kivio to leave the club,
either on loan or a permanent deal. As per Galetti, the Gunners are hoping to sell Kivio,
although they are willing to loan him out for the campaign due to a lack of concrete interest
in his services. Juventus are interested in signing Kivio on loan. Crystal Palace have
also registered their interest, which if they sign him, surely we get decent money. Romano said,
There's serious possibility Kivio to leave, but my source is guaranteed to me that as of today,
there are no concrete talks with any particular club. It's not the case of one specific club
already being in negotiation for Kyrgiosz at the moment. My understanding, though,
is that Kivio would love a return to Italy, which considering he made his name in Italy,
got him the Arsenal move, I couldn't begrudge him for such. Romano has said a move for Moreno is
imminent. Odegaard has said the sky is the limit for Bakayo Saka and his manager Mikel Arteta also
said there's similarities with Saka and Messi. Maybe in terms of some sort of inevitability,
but you can never respectfully mention Bakayo Saka in the same sentence as Lionel Messi,
but he's doing well in that. Now, Eddie Nketiah, the move to Marseille didn't happen,
where Bournemouth are concerned, they've obviously signed Alvin Nielsen to replace
the void that Solanke's left. So it makes you wonder what exactly does the future hold for
Eddie Nketiah? Apparently Everton are the latest club to register an interest. They're reportedly
preparing a loan bid. Is it a loan with an obligation to buy? Is him going on loan,
considering he's got three years left? If they give us a loan fee and take on his wages and he
does well there, is that the worst of decisions? He's been linked with Wolves and Crystal Palace,
we all know Marseille tried, it didn't work out. And you can't rule out Bournemouth spilling the
block, but with Bournemouth signing a striker who's got a higher calibre, it seems like that's
a bit of a myth really. And I mean, we have to be prepared to anything. Apparently Arsenal are
holding out for a bid in the region of 26 million. So we'll have to see exactly what's going to
happen with Eddie Nketiah. Bakayoko of PSV, apparently Liverpool are unlikely to make a
move for him. He's a winger that Arsenal have been linked to and I wouldn't be against him,
Aaron Ramsdale apparently is breaking the door down in his attempts to leave Arsenal before the
31st of August, which considering you couldn't even play in the Emirates Cup, fair enough,
you do face another season of sitting on the bench. He was linked with Ajax,
although allegedly that bid was not back. He has been linked with Nottingham Forest,
Southampton and actually Wolves as well. And I wonder with Arsenal playing at the Emirates,
was there a chance for Gary O'Neill, Mikel Arteta or those above the Wolves manager and
the Arsenal manager, in that case, Edu, to have some sort of talks or informal talks after the
apparently, you know, he's weeks away from a return to action. He's still linked with a move
away from the football club, whether he leaves or not is another thing. But if he's weeks away,
you'd imagine he could technically go on loan. There was some rumours he'd be out until December.
You'd imagine he's behind Zinchenko, Tomiasu and Timber as well as California in the left-back
pecking order. And it's fair to say he's ahead or he's behind Kivi or rightly or wrongly in that
regard. So the Flying Scotsman, I'm not too sure. As I said, Mikel Arteta has said you can't stop
him, which is great faith Mikel Arteta has in Bakayo Saka. And again, you know, big up my guy
Kyle. He has said that Kivio was left out of the Arsenal squad against Wolves and reports suggest
it was neither due to an injury nor an immediate transfer. So that could just be, you know what,
everyone when fit is a better option than you essentially. And the manager has to do what's
right. No clubs are in negotiations with him as Romano has said, but he'd love a return to Italy.
I mean, you deserve to go somewhere. You're going to play more football. Speaking of loans,
we have saw this in the last few days. Arsenal are still looking to bring two or three players
in this month. And should they get the right players in the club would be open to letting
Fabio Vieira leave on loan. And you'd imagine Vieira the situation needs to change. You would
have seen, you know, Ivan Toni and a bunch of Premier League footballers have been left out
of the opening day. You know, Ivan Toni, Jadon Sancho, Ben Chilwell, Kivio. There's a lot of
speculation. I think it's fair to say we're not going to go for Ivan Toni, but he was left out of
Brentford squad for their, you know, their victory over Crystal Palace. He's been linked with a move
to the Middle East. He's been linked with a number of European clubs. And while you can't
rule out him staying in the Premier League or joining the top five European club in the league,
it doesn't seem like anything's imminent in that regards. Again, should Aaron Ramsdale leave,
we all know we've been linked with Joan Garcia, who has a release clause of 21.5 million pounds
or even 25 million euros. We'll have to see people, but we probably have to sort out Aaron
Ramsdale's situation first. So it seems like there's still a lot to do. We're still linked.
I'm sure Arsenal fans are getting a bit giggity with the window being close to ending.
But on that note, as I said at the start, rest assured if there's anything of significance to
speak about, I'll get the videos out. But for now, let me know your thoughts. Don't
forget to like, comment and subscribe. Stay safe, stay blessed. Peace.
