No Oven Marble Cake Recipe | Marble Cake Recipe Without Oven | Zebra Cake

Ingredients;
Butter/ Margarine 1/2 Cup (113 g)
Sugar 2/3 cup (170 g)
Salt 1/4 tsp
Eggs 2
Flour 1 + 1/4 Cup (165 g)
Baking powder 1 tsp
Buttermilk 1/3 cup
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp + milk 2 tbsp


Instructions;

Beat butter on medium speed until pale yellow. Add the sugar and continue to beat the mixture until it’s light and fluffy.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating until well combined before adding the next.

Now add flour, baking powder, and buttermilk
Mix until well combined.
Divide the batter into two equal portions
In half one add cocoa powder and milk. Mix it well

Dollop the chocolate batter over the plain batter in the pan and gently swirl both batters together to make a marbled effect. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes before letting the cakes cool in the pans for 20 minutes. Remove and cool completely
