In the district of Çaycuma, on a quiet afternoon, news of a cat paralyzed in its hind legs spread through the village. Seda Mercan, a young woman full of compassion, heard this distressing news. The poor cat had been abandoned, with no one willing to care for it, and had dragged its frail body around the village for days. The cat was not only suffering physically but was also left in utter despair.
When Seda found the cat, she was unable to restrain her emotions upon seeing its weary face and tear-filled eyes. Determined to end the cat's suffering, she immediately scooped it up and took it to the veterinarian.
But what awaited them was beyond anyone’s worst fears. The veterinarians conducted a thorough examination and discovered severe injuries on the cat. The X-ray results were shocking: the cat had been shot. This wasn’t an accident but a deliberate and cruel act.
