Ingredients 材料：
4 bottles (280g) birds nest liquid 4瓶（280克）燕窝液
600 ml liquid (birds nest + water) 600毫升液体（燕窝+水）
40-50 grams caster sugar (adjust sweetness to taste) 40-50克细砂糖 （根据口味调整甜度）
4 grams agar-agar powder 4克燕菜粉
3 grams instant jelly powder 3克速溶果冻粉
2-3 pandan leaves 2-3片香兰叶

Yields:
6 medium size jelly mooncakes 6个中型果冻月饼
