Emma Raducanu vs. Peyton Stearns | 2024 Washington DC Round of 16 | WTA Match Highlights

Brilliant! Now that is what she's all about. The forehand that she possesses. Found the impressive winner. Brilliant! That's outstanding from Radhikanu. Oh we've seen the forehands and now turning up the heat on the back end. Oh spectacular! It's outstanding. Forcing. Done it again! You have to gamble and she knows that you can't just keep going back. Oh no way! To the relief of Radhikanu. That ball drops wide and what a set of tennis we've seen. That was in two parts. A quality after the rain delay. Absolutely brilliant. Radhikanu takes it. 79 minutes 7-6. That's the type of shot that we've seen from Radhikanu. That's world-class tennis. Match point Radhikanu. Victory for Radhikanu. A second quarterfinal here in Washington after reaching the last eight two years ago and that was a very very impressive performance. Mentally strong in the first. Raised her level in the second and Radhikanu will be pleased with that straight sets victory and again stands especially with the power that she had on the forehand.
