Hey tea lovers, let's start fall off right with one of my absolute favorites that always screams
cozy to me. Organic orange cinnamon spice is a cold weather staple for me and it just might become
one for you too. Let's start off talking about the main ingredient in this blend. Organic black tea
is full of antioxidants, sustainable energy, and benefits for your heart, blood pressure,
blood sugar, and brain. Additionally, we always source our black tea from the highest quality
producer to guarantee a rich and full-bodied flavor. This black tea is called Assam and
gets its name from a region in India also called Assam. Next up is organic orange peel. Orange
peel adds the delicious orange flavor to this blend but also is a great ingredient for heart
and skin health. Orange peel is also rich in fiber, vitamin c, folate, vitamin b6, calcium,
and other essential nutrients. Up next we have organic cinnamon chips. Cinnamon chips are smaller
chunks of full cinnamon sticks to make them fit in your tea bag. Along with adding a warm and cozy
flavor, cinnamon tea can help increase your immunity against viral infections with a boost
of antioxidants, reduce inflammation, and improve heart health. And our final ingredient is organic
cloves. Cloves are another ingredient that add a cozy fall flavor. In addition, cloves are a great
source of antioxidants, have antibacterial properties, can improve digestion, and fight
off colds and other illnesses. Now let's make a fun and quick recipe using organic orange cinnamon
spice. I'm going to start with one of our natural drawstring tea bags, fold with organic orange
cinnamon spice, and add about six to eight ounces of nearly boiling temperature water.
While that steeps, I'm going to heat up some milk and add some orange zest to the milk and then a
little bit of vanilla syrup before I froth that all together and make it nice and fluffy to go
on top of my tea latte. To finish, I'm just going to pour my milk on top of my steeped tea and top this
with a little bit of grated orange zest. This is a quick and delicious tea latte, full with orange
flavor and delicious creaminess. Thank you so much for tuning in to Tea of the Week this week. I hope
to give organic orange cinnamon spice a try and get in the fall spirit with me. If you need any of
