Welcome to day One of SHIFT. The SHIFT is all about you.

Today, on this first day, we focus on 'just noticing'.
It’s about focusing your attention on how you feel.
We start with simply noticing how you feel.
So take a moment, just where you are, and focus your attention on your body. Perhaps do a quick body scan from your toes to the top of your head.
How does your body feel? Are there any parts that are sore?
Any parts that ache?

Send those aching parts a little bit of love. Perhaps ease some relaxation into these areas.

Wiggle your shoulders and your toes. Breathe and relax. Maybe sit up a little. Maybe relax a little. Maybe just let your body be, just as it is.

Just notice your body, just as it is today.
