
STRONG KIDS EPISODE 2: 100 Handstand Push-Ups, 200 Sit-Ups, 300 Squats
This is Strong Kids Episode #2. In this episode, I completed 600 reps. 100 were handstand push-ups, 200 were sit-ups, and 300 were squats.
