
13 Year Old 100 Bicep Curl Challenge
I am on vacation, so I decided to a very simple challenge: One hundred bicep curls. I did this using two fifteen pound weights, just under one third of my bodyweight. My final time was 2:18, or 100 reps in 138 seconds. I challenge you to do this with one-third of your bodyweight, and send me the time and a video!
