Building a Bronze Greek Breastplate (Part 3): Backplate & Final Touches

I make the backplate and therefore complete the cuirass (breastplate and backplate) for my greek hoplite suit. after templating with cardboard, the backplate is cut out of the bronze sheet. Shaping on this is the same process as the breastplate, including embossing, dishing, planishing, and edge rolling. Mid process the backplate is bolted to the breastplate to allow for easier matching of shape.
