Walk on a Sunny Autumn Day

Wonderful warm sunny autumn weather. On such days I really like watching the surrounding nature and breathe the warm autumn air. The leaves on the trees are repainted in a variety of shades. Yellow ocher, red copper, greenish brass, brown bronze, pale yellow and yellow gold. And the running water of the mountain river becomes transparent and bright turquoise. These colors are primarily reminiscent me of autumn. How wonderful it is to follow the forest pathand, forgetting everything, to dissolve in the majestic beauty of the forest and turquoise mountain river...
Nature walks... Walking in nature does us a whole world of good, it helps us to relax, it lowers our stress, depression, and anxiety levels, it increases our attention spans and memory, together with rejuvenates us for our return to our everyday reality...
