Even Africans struggle with Shanghai's extreme heat: Outdoor car seats reach 62°C

Shanghai's weather has changed from heavy rain to intense heat. Since July 4, the Shanghai Meteorological Observatory has issued six consecutive orange high-temperature warnings. On July 8, outdoor car seats in Shanghai reached 62°C. Delivery drivers reported getting burns from the heat. Some Africans also expressed difficulty coping with the temperatures, saying, "I'm not used to it. I can't accept it!"
