各位蘇元海內外的觀眾朋友 今年臺北的天空非常的國際 尤其在今天 2024年在臺北的國際電腦展 就在今年6月4號盛大登場 今年的展覽當中是以AI串聯共創未來 當作今年的主題 來自於全球有36個國家 1500家的企業來參展 使用了有多達4500個攤位 當然了 預計會吸引有5萬多名國內外的業界專家 共同的來蒞臨 共同來參觀 今年Computex的一大盛況 就全球有多家的科技巨頭的CEO 全部齊聚在臺灣 包括Intel的執行長基辛格 還有AMD的董事長暨執行長蘇資峯 輝達 NVIDIA的創辦人暨執行長黃仁勳 以及溝通的總裁暨執行長阿蒙等人 他們共同的心聲就是要持續投資臺灣 跟臺灣的夥伴持續合作 那麼推動高性能的運算跟人工智慧AI的發展 臺北電腦展在今天的開幕的同時 輝達的創辦人黃仁勳所到之處 已經到了萬人空巷的境界 我們看看這個在他一攤一攤的參觀 那麼一場的參觀當中 被媒體堵到了一個盛況 我們看看這個大現場 Thank you for coming to our press conference Looking forward to spending some time with all of you We're at the beginning of a new computer age The computer has not been changed for 60 years Since one year after I was born And now after 20 years We have invented a new way of doing computing Called accelerated computing Accelerated computing with NVIDIA is so incredibly fast That we made possible this new era Called generative AI The AI is able to help the computer understand us So we don't have to explicitly instruct the computer what to do For example, you don't have to write a program But you simply have to prompt Ask the computer to do something And it will understand your meaning So this is a new generation A computer that doesn't just store files and execute programs But a computer that understands you Can plan a task and execute it for you So very exciting times This is going to change every aspect of computing From the cloud to the PC to edge devices One of the greatest opportunities Growth opportunities the world has ever seen And this is a great opportunity for Taiwan Because there are so many amazing companies here This is the home of NVIDIA's technology partners And we've been working with these technology partners TSMC, Spell, Fanta, Foxconn, Wistron, WeWin, ASUS, MSI So many amazing companies for nearly three decades Now we are in the process of creating the new AI infrastructure New AI PCs for the world And so this is going to be a very, very exciting period of growth And I'm very happy to be here To kick off the era of generative AI And this new industrial revolution OK, let me take a couple of questions, please How was your journey this morning? You witnessed so many impacts with your Taiwanese partners What is your feeling and what do you want to say to all your partners? My feeling was that the energy and computex is incredibly high All of our partners have great new products with NVIDIA Blackwell There were so many servers There are probably hundreds of different SKUs of Blackwell GPU servers They are very excited to promote it They are very excited to show people And so I went to many booths I did some press Q&A And I took a lot of pictures And I was very, very excited Can you tell them about NVIDIA Blackwell GPU? 我也聽不到 What do you mean by relationship? We do NVIDIA And we do very different things As you know, NVIDIA builds AI factories These AI supercomputers We build the chips We architect the systems We develop the networking All of the software And then we allow our customers We share with our customers How everything we like is integrated into their data center So our company is a very, very big company Which is the reason why we can scale so fast And we can serve so many different customers Can you tell us a little bit about NVIDIA And what are the 1,000 R&D Hired by Washington? We are going to start a new R&D center A quite significant R&D center We already have hundreds of people here But over the next five years We are going to hire another at least 1,000 engineers For chip design, system design, software engineering And very importantly, AI research We have the beginnings of A very significant AI research team here They are really, really excellent The Taiwan expertise in AI research Is actually very, very good So we would like to build a data center We are looking for a plot of land And I can build a very beautiful building For all of our employees We are also going to build an AI supercomputer here We started the AI supercomputer It is called Type A1 And I am going to expand that over the years So that we can support AI research here in Taiwan Or, of course, advancing AI But also to use AI for factories here Taiwan is one of the major places in the world Where electronic manufacturing is done So I am very happy to see that The Taiwanese companies are taking advantage of AI themselves To automate their manufacturing China market is very important to us We have export control compliance that we have to obey And within that, we build the best products we can We have many important partners there We have many important customers there That we have worked with for well over two decades And so we will continue to do our best to serve them We are very different people I am very proud to say And I don't know her personally I haven't seen her yet Oh, she is? In that case, I will look for you I didn't know you We are doing many things with Boxcon We are, of course, building GPU Blackwell GPU servers with us And AI supercomputers with us They also are the data center to host our AI And that's where our Type A1 is So we look forward to expanding They also use NVIDIA technology for their automated factories Using AI for their factories, AI for their robots And we are doing a lot of things together Boxcon is really amazing You just asked already, right? You have to manage yourself You can only ask one question You want one, come on I want already manufacturers, designs and manufacturers The vast majority of the world's computing infrastructure And NVIDIA's AI infrastructure AI computers and factories Are also manufactured here in Taiwan So in a lot of ways Taiwan is already the foundation of AI technology And this is an area that Taiwan can build on It's already very successful, as you know In the last year, Taiwan's technology companies have grown very significantly And in the next several years, we'll grow much, much greater But Taiwan also has to invest in building AI supercomputers For the engineers, students and researchers here Not just to export AI computers But to use the AI computers yourself to advance AI So this is a very important thing for Taiwan to do And I'm looking forward to partnering with Taiwan to do that How about one more question?
