Kevlar® surfboards are light weight at no sacrifice to performance. They’re also durable, which is essential in case of a wipe out, where the board acts as a life support in up to 100 foot waves. In the event the board does break, a surfboard made with Kevlar® helps the sharp broken edges together, protecting the surfer from injury.
