Sultan's Eating and Drinking Equipment
For daily Ladosan Dhahar Dalem, the equipment used is as follows:

Eating utensils consist of: jegong plates, which have a concave surface; large and small flat plates; elliptical plate for vegetables; iron, round and legged bowls, made of porcelain, for soupy foods; cething, place for rice; aglik, a round fruit holder with legs, made of porcelain; and wijikan, a place for washing hands; napkin.
Equipment for taking food consists of: enthong, ladle, tablespoon, fork and knife. All these utensils were placed in a square tray made of gold.
The drinking equipment consists of: a set of pink ceramic cups, a gold spoon, a sugar jug and a teapot with a gold handle. All drinking utensils are placed in an oval gold tray. In the era of Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono IX there was an additional kettle called Kyai Miji.
In general, every Sultan's Ladosan Dhahar Dalem series has the same procedure. However, this series of sequences and rules is not standard. These provisions tend to be flexible because they adapt to each Sultan with different eating habits.
