Part 1 - Excel File for Value Investing 💼

Hi everyone, I am Alfie, a value investor who is a big fan of Warren Buffet's investing philosophy (buy a company that you can hold for 10-20 years). That is why I want to share my file with everyone, and I hope that you can find and buy those promising companies and keep them for the long term.

Disclaimer: The file is just for referrals, and you must be the one who should be responsible for your investing decision!

This file is a combination of 2 parts:
1. Price check, in which you can use multiple pricing methods to identify the fair value of the stock price (or company intrinsic value)
2. Financial Health Check, in which you can evaluate multiple criteria of the company from their Financial report like Income Statement, Balance Statement, Cashflow Statement, etc.
