VAN LIFE IS NOT ALWAYS AWESOME | Just A Regular Day

All right, there we go. Good morning weirdos today. I thought we would do something completely different I'm just gonna vlog the whole day. We're gonna go and do what I do all day long on an average day I would guess I mean, obviously, you know do the same thing every day But you know, I'm gonna show you the van life is not always glamorous Freaking doors locked. My key doesn't work in the back door Back door the vans got a messed up lock So many pairs of Converse So much troubles I Had this been in the back of the van full of Converse shoes knows a lot of it I wasn't wearing so I brought the case here So I'm just gonna switch around some of the colors because you never know when you need a pink pair and like, you know if I was American I could be wearing the red white and blue but I Don't know what I'm doing You Wow, you think maybe I have just a little bit of a Converse addiction now to choose which ones to put in the van Turns out that I'm like ripping everything out of there and going through it I didn't keep a lot of stuff when I got rid of my condo. I pretty much purged everything I have one extra bin here of like some sweaters. I'm actually gonna take this one with me But some sweaters some clothes Some summer stuff like shorts and stuff, which I probably won't need for a little while And that's really about it. This other one here has some mountain biking stuff like my backpack Oh, yeah, and all the goodies some tequila Because you can never have enough tequila and that's really about it For stuff left from the house except for my favorite picture which is up there it's hard to see but let's go check it out It's probably a little hard to see but it's super rad It's a chick wearing a pair of headphones and it's like I don't know four feet wide super cool picture If you're wondering what else is in my locker It's pretty much just all sound and lighting gear for my DJ stuff. The only last thing I kept for my condo It's hard to see but is my coffee pot Yeah, I couldn't get rid of it because I just love it. I wrapped it in stickers and it's just cool as hell When I first started van life, there was definitely a lot more stuff in this locker like it was pretty full But as time went on, you know being in the van, I started to realize this is it for me So I started to purge some of the stuff in there that I just didn't need like I gave away some boxes of clothes you know because once you start minimalizing everything in your life, you start realizing that you don't even need a Quarter of the stuff that you own now and that's the damn truth. We accumulate so much miscellaneous junk that Fills something inside of us when we buy it, but we really don't need any of it Like I had clothing and I purged when I moved out of the condo I clothing in there that I thought for damn sure I needed no Donated had some shoes in there that were a bit older. I'm like, oh, I love these shoes. Yeah, they're still in good shape So I donated now I'm pretty much left with just what I need for business and that's about it a couple of cases for some stuff for summer Mountain biking gear I minimalized everything That's my baby Now I'm all ready to DJ tomorrow This guy hi, buddy, are you sleeping? Yeah, it's my boy. It's my boy All right, buddy. Move over. You gotta move over buddy. Hey get move over You guys ready for this I'm about to show you what happens inside of a van overnight. I cleaned this van fully out yesterday Sometimes this part of the day just sucks This is insanity and Every single day, especially when you're out like we were yesterday. It was pretty dirty and gross This kind of stuff and it's all over the inside probably mostly because of this guy But the reality is cleaning the van never stops Are you guys still watching are you still here? See van life is not always glamorous You got to clean the house and you seen what it looked like just overnight. I Do this pretty much every day If you're wondering what I'm using for cleaning stuff just water for the most part I just do a little quick wipe down with water I don't always vacuum the van that is very occasional, but I do like to vacuum it the little broom I use is great for getting most of it out But sometimes because you've got a dog the vacuum gets in all the little crevices Including down underneath the sides of the bed where you just can't get in there with a rag and it's nice just to get Half a discos body hair the hell out of here if you travel with a dog or an animal Get used to it. I Stopped and grabbed myself a coffee because McDonald's right now has $1 any size coffees I don't know how long it's on for I think like another couple weeks or so pretty pumped about this I'm gonna work on some finances Though all these bills are getting just crazy I can't wait for this lifestyle to get me the hell out of my financial issue See this day is not overly exciting. No is it I got to do some work This guy could seriously use a nap right now I just spent the better part of the last hour going through some financial stuff in Just chaos Sun's out though. Do you see that look it look it look it? So while the Sun's out, let's go take the pup for a walk a disco and go for a walk Anybody will go for a walk All right, let's go enjoy the sunshine You The sunshine came out so we came out to play and in true disco fashion That's it We didn't make it very far today, but he's so cute This is the salad I make the most at least once a day and normally it's just like mixed leaf and greens But today it's just spinach cucumber soy nuts Cranberries dried cranberries so good and the best part is the sesame ginger sauce so damn good You Well now, you know that van life isn't always about crazy adventures It's not always full of excitement, you know sure maybe on these videos We always obviously capture the best parts of our day But some days you just have a regular day it's life it's not always gonna be crazy Van life has given me some amazing up days. It has never given me a down day it's either been this kind of awesome or this kind of awesome I Couldn't ask for a better life. I love every piece of this We're gonna wrap this video up. But before I go, I just want to show you something That's my house I'm in the same town that I lived in before I moved into that house. Let me show you where I used to live That was my old house. I lived in when we make sure I point the right one here this one here The one that's the shorter one. It's kind of tucked in behind. I lived in that one there on the 28th floor It had some incredible views some beautiful freaking scenery.
