The reason why Hong Kong is so successful is mainly because of the rule of law. If there is a chance in the future, we can study it in detail. Why? It is said that people in Shenzhen will take over the business. But they can't. Why? As I said earlier, those who quit the old-class office in Hong Kong are because the big international companies have no confidence in Hong Kong, have no confidence in Hong Kong's economy, and have no confidence in China's economy. So they decided to leave. Compared with Hong Kong, the only advantage of Shenzhen is that it is cheaper than Hong Kong. The reason why people leave and don't rent is not because it is too expensive, but because they have no confidence For example, in Shenzhen, if you rent an apartment of the same level, and you give me half of the rent, compared with Hong Kong's rent, the rent is reduced by half. If these companies don't need Hong Kong's freedom and rule of law, they can consider moving to Shenzhen to save on rent. But these companies are a very small number.
