STUNNER IN MIAMI 👀 Inter Miami vs. Atlanta United | MLS Highlights | ESPN FC

Speaking of Qatar, a year and a half ago, those guys were winning a World Cup together. Now, their opponents, two teams in very different form, enter Miami, a double-digit, unbeaten streak. Atlanta United trying to avoid double-digits, winless. Miami want to go quick, Messi to Robert Taylor, now Jordi Alba. He's looking for Messi, heads it down and over. Remember, it was Busquets playing to Messi, then they swung around, and that's why he finds himself open onto the back post. Messi just blows right past Dax McCartney, has Gressel to his right. Julian Gressel cutting it back, this is Suarez! Josh Cohen making his first save of the night. The offside flag comes up on Julian Gressel. Atlanta take it away, and now Lobjanice. Driving forward, he will have a go! Sabalo Lobjanice! Just what they needed. Suffered in the final third, he's been up for it from the opening whistle. He's been direct, he's done it with pace. The wasted opportunity 20 seconds beforehand, this is not wasted. Direct hit with perfection, pick it out of the back of the net. Drake counter, it is 1-0, Lobjanice and Atlanta United. Lennon continuing his run, Lobjanice is going to carry it himself. Already one goal today, he'll try for another home, he has it! Atlanta on his back, it's summertime, and it's 2-0 in Miami. And now they're off and running. But for the life of me, someone from inner Miami, the first rule of thumb is stop the ball. Nobody stops the ball, Lobjanice comes inside, and with a little bit of a deflection off of Jordi Alba, his second goal of the night, and a big one it is, for Lobjanice, Gonzalo Pineda, and Atlanta United. Goose gets to Messi, a chance for Lionel Messi, off course! For 62 minutes, but it doesn't matter. A little flat-footed, a little slow. 30 yards and in, you cannot allow Lionel Messi to take a touch, to prepare, and then hit with no pressure on the... Jordi Alba picks out Messi so well, nods it down, Suarez trying to turn, Cohen... Watch his little deft touch. I mean, a 1-2 off a header, good on Suarez, because the majority of Atlanta United tried to come over and stop the combination, instead he tried to turn Derek Williams. Advantage played for Atlanta as Wiley drives forward. Leaves for Almada, Almada cutting it back, still Almada, slides it, Wiley, across! Oh, and in! Jamal Jaure! Jordi Alba keeps Wiley on, but then is Jaure in an onside position. That's where it's going to be close. I think this is extremely close, because obviously it's where the ball is, and Caleb Wiley hits it. It's whether or not Jaure's in front of that or not. He's on there, and then that ball there, I mean, from that angle, that is not clear and obvious that he's in an offside position. 3-1. How good has Almada been in this second half in two critical moments? And a great final ball. Now here's Mosquera. He's kind of running into Jordi Alba. Jaure making a run up the middle. Mosquera slides it to him, only Avilas defending. Jaure cutting it back, Jaure! Oh, my word. Becomes very interesting. This one's got everybody surprised, and yet who knows what you get from Atlanta United for the rest of the year. Oh, Mosquera, what control! Oh, my goodness. And Atlanta United, winless in nine. And it is over in Fort Lauderdale. A potentially season-turning win for Gonzalo Pineda and Atlanta United.
