BREAKING NEWS: Bulls love LaMelo Ball, could part ways with Wendell Carter Jr. to get him

The Chicago Bulls reportedly love LaMelo Ball and could trade the No. 4 overall pick in the 2020 draft and Wendell Carter Jr. to get the youngest Ball brother, per ESPN’s Jonathan Givony.

The Bulls like Lauri Markkanen a lot more than Carter Jr. and aren’t interested in trading “The Finnisher.”

“I’ve heard the Bulls are fans of LaMelo,” Givony said on the Lowe Post with ESPN’s Zach Lowe, via Real GM.

“They do have some really good pieces in place. I’m hearing that they like Lauri Markkanen a lot more right now than Wendell Carter Jr. That he’s more of an untouchable.”

The Bulls have been looking for a lead point guard ever since they traded Derrick Rose to the New York Knicks in the summer of 2016.
