This morning, on October 13, the People's Committee of Hoai Phong City held a project to invest in the construction of a new road from Lang An Bridge to Nhan Muc Bridge, Vinh Bao District. The project is to upgrade the 37-kilometer-long highway from 13 kilometers to 20 kilometers, with a length of 7.7 kilometers, and to build a new road on the Tranh Duong Canal, with a length of 7.57 kilometers, and a width of 13-14 meters. The width of the road is 11 meters, and the width of the canal is 12 meters. The length of the road is 24 meters, and the length of the bridge is 15 meters. The length of the road is 24 meters, and the design is HL93. The project was implemented in 2017, with a total investment of 1,290 billion VND. The cost of construction is 689 billion VND from the city's budget. After the completion of the project, the investment in upgrading the road from Lang An Bridge to Nhan Muc Bridge will contribute to improving the traffic system in the national highway system and the city's outdoor traffic system, increasing the capacity to meet the needs of the people in the area, and especially the tourists to visit the historical and cultural sites of the country. The most important is the Huyen My Khiem Pagoda, and this road also ensures safe traffic, strengthens the transition of agricultural and rural economic structures, social economic development in the local area, and promotes the spiritual cultural values of the national historical and cultural sites, especially the Huyen My Khiem Pagoda. When the project is completed, it will also contribute to promoting the tourism of Haiphong City, which is a fertile land with a prominent position in politics, economy, society, defense and security, and will contribute to the development of the economy of Vinh Bao District, according to the plan to become a place with advanced agricultural and service economy, high-quality production and quality technology, and green growth, becoming one of the highlights of Haiphong's high-tech agricultural applications. In addition to the construction of the road, there is also a resettlement area right next to this road, but it has not been completed in time. The resettlement area has an internal road 6 meters wide, 3 meters on each side of the sidewalk, the size is quite large, up to 180 square meters, with a diameter of 9 meters and a depth of 20 meters. Duong will also update the price of the land around here for everyone. The price of land around this area, since the beginning of the project, is 15 to 17 million VND per square meter on the road. However, at the moment, when the road is completed, the price of land has increased to 23 to 25 million VND per square meter, with the old road 17 to 20 million VND per square meter, with the new road next to the river.
