I would say I am observant, competitive, and passionate. Awesome. What's the best thing that's happened to you this year so far? I think today I reached my career high, so. Ooh, congrats. You're a hometown Dallas girl. What's your favorite thing about home? I think how peaceful it is near my house. Just very quiet when you're on the road. There's a lot going on. Obviously you travel so much being on tour, but where do you feel the most at home? I think when I'm just with people I love. Yeah, cool. Who's the funniest person on tour? Ooh, I'd have to say my coach. Yeah. Even though he's not a player, he's definitely the funniest. Fair enough. What's your favorite thing to do in your free time besides tennis? I love going to all the little pharmacies around in each city, and probably the boutiques. Awesome. What's your go-to pre-match hype song? I would say March Madness by Future. Ooh, that's a good one. Who was the last person you texted? Ooh, I texted my dad this morning about an F1 driver that just won his first P1 Grand Prix race. Oh, that's great. Who's someone you'd love to have coffee with, like a celeb? My fashion inspo is Alexa Chung, so I'd have to say her. Cool. What's one of the best pieces of life advice you've received, and from who? I've received a lot of advice from people on tour, and also a lot of the coaches. And I think just maintaining kindness, because it's such a competitive environment. That's great advice.
