most of the time I always hit um home
runs nice since I was three years old
I've always been playing baseball my dad
introduced it to me and fell in love
ever since good throw thank you this
experience just means a little bit more
to help other kids if you want just try
and challenge me today we're partnering
up with the Miracle League of glosser
County they invite kids with any type of
disability to come and play baseball got
to keep your eye on the ball I just love
to help out I love to help out these
kids make them learn your feet are
behind this line I had fun playing
baseball growing up and I want them to
have the same experience I
did the Miracle League of Gloucester
County is an amazing program we modify
the program so everybody gets a chance
to hit the ball run the bases play the
field and get a true aspect for the game
of baseball but at their speed and their
Pace this right now happens for eight
weeks and we do it every Saturday
morning we're out here um rocking and
rolling everybody huddle in come on
Royals today we have uh Paul the 6 high
school coming out and we also have uh
the nukes travel team coming out and
they're going to come out and be our
buddies and what we're going to do is
we're going to have them on the field
paired with our players I want to see a
home run from you and they're going to
support them in running Fielding the
ball catching and it's just a really
cool Dynamic a great experience for the
typical high school kids to come see our
players I'm here to hit some home runs
and possibly win the game let's do
it one of my best tips is you keep your
eye on the ball and it's okay to strike
out just try to practice a lot and when
you feel comfortable you can try to sign
up what we really love is just the
inclusion of it all and it's one of the
find places where we can um you know be
ourselves and really have a good time
with the
kids very grateful for the Miracle
League I'm very grateful that these kids
have a chance to just play baseball on a
Saturday afternoon like everybody else
when I took over the program there was
only 70 players we have now cleared 100
players and the more people are aware of
what we do here the more they want their
children
involved as he hits a line we really try
to give them that inclusion feeling here
and that everybody's welcome and
everybody's a rock star here good G good
game good game than
