Hello everyone, welcome to China Uncensored. I'm Yu Tong.
Today's topic will be about the CCP's military.
Various signs show that the CCP's military is in turmoil.
The CCP's military not only says what it wants to say,
but also suddenly talks about protecting the security of the Central Commander-in-Chief with one's life.
We will follow up with some public messages released by the CCP's military
to give you an analysis and interpretation.
Okay, let's get straight to the point.
We introduced to you in the previous program
Last month, the CCP Central Office issued a notice
to start the so-called Party-level education within the CCP's party-wide scope.
The deadline is from April to July.
Later, at the CCP Central Politburo meeting held on April 30,
the CCP's three-way meeting was announced.
The deadline is also in July.
Look at the CCP's design.
After the party-wide so-called Party-level education is completed,
the three-way meeting will be held.
Do you think this is a coincidence?
I believe many friends will think this is a deliberate arrangement by the CCP's party committee.
So why is this?
It is obvious that the CCP's party committee's abnormal postponement of holding the three-way meeting
and the cancellation of the three-way meeting
all show that it is experiencing a strong rebound in the CCP's party.
The CCP's party is full of resentment.
Think about it.
These CCP corrupt officials,
who is going to let them live a tight life?
This is simply unfair.
Why do they have a sharp brain?
They are like horseshoes and leaders.
Aren't they just using this as an excuse to make a fortune?
As a result, the CCP's party committee is making a big deal of itself.
It is letting them live a tight life.
And it also tells them to get used to living a tight life.
How can they not scold the CCP's party committee?
They must scold them.
They scold them in their hearts every day.
Do you think they can wait to change the course?
Of course, the CCP's party committee understands this.
So we can see that the three-way meeting is about to be held.
If it is not held, there is no way to hold it.
Okay, let's talk about the three-month deadline.
This is the logic behind these things.
In the history of the CCP's political struggle,
who is supported by the gun?
In whose hands is the gun?
It is often decided who will win in the final battle.
So since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,
the CCP's party committee has never stopped the military.
From the recent signal released by the People's Liberation Army in the post-liberation of the Communist Party of China,
there are not only signs of dissatisfaction with the CCP's party committee,
but also signs of dissatisfaction with the Communist Party of China.
And there seems to be a big deal in the army.
As for the CCP's military,
how serious is it?
Let's take a look at the recent post-liberation army articles.
First, I would like to introduce a comment article to you.
This article was published on April 3rd,
which is the time when the Central Office of the Communist Party of China issued a notice.
The title of the article is
The Capital of Building the Army of the People's Liberation Army, the Cloud of Strong Army.
Recently, this article has attracted attention from the outside world.
We are here to provide you with more information.
It is also something that other media have not mentioned.
Overall, this article emphasizes the absolute leadership of the so-called party-army.
It is clear that it emphasizes the absolute leadership of the army to obey the CCP's party committee.
And this is the most important thing.
Many friends may find it annoying to see this.
But we have to tell you here,
the CCP's post-liberation articles must be read in reverse.
In this way, you can read different content.
And it will make everyone very interested.
Think about it.
If the CCP's party committee feels very at ease with the control of the army,
does it still need to emphasize the absolute leadership of the army all the time?
No.
And this article clearly explains its distrust of the army.
Let's take a look.
In this article, it clearly says
that it is determined to listen to the commander-in-chief's instructions and reassure the commander-in-chief.
You see, even the CCP's army knows what kind of commander-in-chief this is.
It must be very worried.
As for the sentence in the article,
Is this about the army or the CCP's party committee?
It is obviously about the CCP's party committee.
Why?
Because losing military power will lead to his defeat in internal strife.
What he loses is not only power,
but it may even threaten him and his family's lives.
That's why he sees military power as an inseparable part of his life.
There is a paragraph in the article that has been widely noticed by the outside world.
The first paragraph is
You see, the first four words are very important.
It means that there is a real example.
What example?
It's the one at the back.
The CCP's army is in the hands of disloyal and unreliable people.
It is extremely easy to be used and brings great harm.
So who is such an example in the history of the CCP?
Many people first think of Lin Biao.
When he was on the plane,
he was the successor of Mao Zedong,
the vice chairman of the CCP's Central Military Commission, and the Minister of Defense.
In addition, there is Guo Baohong after the CCP's 18th National Congress.
He was also the vice chairman of the CCP's Central Military Commission,
and a figure in the army.
You see, only people like this are in line with what the CCP's military report says.
It is also to grasp a certain military power,
and can bring so-called profound harm.
Therefore, the CCP's military report is actually attacking the senior people in the army,
not the middle class,
let alone the lower military officials.
There is also a paragraph that can express the CCP's party's request for loyalty.
It has reached a level of perversion.
The article says,
the army is armed with a gun.
Loyalty to the party must be the only, thorough,
unconditional,
without any impurities,
and without any water.
You see, has it reached a level of perversion?
The only, thorough,
unconditional,
without any impurities,
You see, has it reached a level of perversion?
None.
Therefore, the CCP's party's distrust of the army has reached a level of perversion.
This will bring a problem.
The CCP will not trust anyone.
Therefore, the article requires military power and military order to be the first priority.
It also says that under any circumstances,
we must firmly obey the commander-in-chief.
For those who understand the CCP's internal affairs,
I believe you will find this article
very interesting.
In fact, this sentence is a hint to the whole army through the Liberation Army.
Only the CCP's party can mobilize the army,
no one else can.
That is to say, military power is the first priority,
and military order is the first priority.
It is clear that even the commander-in-chief of the military commission cannot.
So far, we have shared a piece of history with you.
It is also the so-called No. 1 Order Incident of Lin Biao.
This incident occurred on October 18, 1969.
After Lin Biao's 913 Incident,
the CCP designated this No. 1 Order
as a prelude to Lin Biao's disbandment of the party.
After launching the Battle of Zhenbao Island in March 1969,
the Sino-Soviet relations were very tense.
On October 18 of the same year,
a Soviet negotiation delegation
took a special plane to Beijing.
According to various judgments,
Lin Biao issued emergency warfare instructions.
His secretary, Zhang Yunshan,
was the recorder of Lin Biao's instructions on warfare.
He recalled that on October 18, at 5 p.m.,
Lin Biao called him to the front line
and issued six emergency warfare instructions.
He asked Zhang Yunshan to call Wang Wingsheng immediately.
Lin Biao usually asks for these so-called instructions
Before issuing, he had to put it aside
and wait for half a day before issuing.
So these six instructions were not issued immediately.
Zhang Yunshan recalled
Lin Biao asked him to show these six instructions to Yeh Kwan.
Zhang Yunshan reminded Yeh Kwan
that these six instructions should refer to Mao Zedong.
Yeh Kwan agreed.
Then he gave this opinion to Lin Biao.
Lin Biao also agreed.
Therefore, Yeh Kwan sent a copy of the phone book
to Zhang Bozhi
and asked him to report to Mao Zedong.
He passed it to Wang Wingsheng, who was in charge of it.
He said he would issue it two hours later.
Two hours later,
Zhang Yunshan saw that Lin Biao and Yeh Kwan had not moved.
It was clear that there was no change.
Therefore, he did not pass these six instructions to Wang Wingsheng.
On the other hand,
Yeh Kwan indeed reported these six instructions
to Wang Dongxing, who was next to Mao Zedong,
on the phone the night of the 18th.
Yeh Kwan's report was sent to Wang Wingsheng
a little earlier.
Later, Yeh Kwan said
Mao Zedong did not express his opinion on Lin Biao's instructions.
The reason for this order
was on Wang Wingsheng's side.
Around 8 p.m. that night,
Wang Wingsheng's office in Xishan, Beijing
was not found by the members of the Military Commission.
Li Zhopeng, You Huizhuo, and Li Deshen were together.
Wang Wingsheng held a record
and said to Deputy Chief of Staff Yan Zhongchuan,
Mr. Lin has some instructions.
Please note them down
and pass them on to the troops.
He immediately opened the book
and noted down Lin Biao's instructions.
According to the record,
Lin Biao sent a telephone message
to a member of his staff.
He said,
add a number,
starting from 1,
and call the first order.
Later,
this order was given by Deputy Chief of Staff Lin.
The order was passed on to the troops
through a secret phone call.
During the process,
most units called Lin Biao's instructions
as Deputy Chief of Staff Lin's 1st order.
Deputy Chief of Staff Lin's 1st order,
or 1st order.
Who would have thought
that this would be a taboo for Mao Zedong.
It is said that
Wang Dongqing unknowingly
burned Lin Biao's 1st order
to him.
Extremely unhappy.
There is information saying
that day,
the news was sent back to Suzhou.
Lin Biao regretted it very much.
Because before that,
he didn't even dare to command
a single unit.
He had to ask for permission.
After hearing this story,
we have a better understanding
of these CCP secrets.
Let's take a look at the so-called
military power,
military order,
and ensure that
under any circumstances,
we must adhere to the instructions of President Xi Jinping.
Is it more understandable
that the CCP Party Committee
is even extremely cautious
of the few military deputies
around him?
After an in-depth analysis
of this article with everyone,
let's take a look at
another CCP propaganda article.
Because it is common
to talk about protecting the safety of the Central Commander-in-Chief.
And this signal is even more shocking.
Combined with the article,
it seems that something really happened in the CCP military.
The article we analyzed earlier
was published on April 3rd.
And the following article was published three days later,
on April 6th.
The person introduced in this article is very special.
He used to serve as
Yang Meishen, the head of the Central Military Commission.
He was specifically responsible for the safety of Mao Zedong.
This article was first published by the CCP Central Party School's
Mechanical Department,
The Learning Times,
and was later reprinted by the CCP's Liberation Army.
The article introduces
that during the Jiangshan period,
Yang Meishen served as Mao Zedong's first police officer.
Later, he served as the commander of the CCP's Hunan Military District,
and the deputy commander of the Guangzhou Military District.
The article focuses on
that after the Jun-2 meeting,
Yang Meishen was appointed as the head of the Central Military Commission,
which means that he was directly responsible for the safety of Mao Zedong and others.
On June 1, 1935,
on a high mountain in Jinzhi, Sichuan,
Mao Zedong and other CCP senior officials
and the Communist Army
were suddenly bombed by planes.
The article states that
when a bomb was about to fall
on a hill next to Mao Zedong's body,
Yang Meishen and another squad leader
pushed Mao out a few miles away
and protected him with their bodies.
As a result, Mao Zedong was saved,
and Yang Meishen was seriously injured.
The squad leader, however, sacrificed himself.
We won't go into the details here,
because it's hard to imagine
how a bomb that was about to fall
could push a living person
a few miles away
and protect him with his body.
These details sound
similar to those absurd anti-Japanese dramas.
The article also focuses on propaganda.
The article says,
Many years later,
when it comes to his guard duty,
Yang Meishen said with emotion,
Guard soldiers must be absolutely loyal to the Party.
Guard chiefs, especially the Central Chief of Staff,
are the heirs of our guard soldiers.
Even if they have to sacrifice their lives,
it's worth it.
This is the core of the article.
The Liberation Army's article
is a warning to all soldiers
that their lives are at stake in wartime.
Protecting the safety of the Central Chief of Staff
is the first priority.
However, we all know
that the CCP's propaganda articles
will never be a breeze.
What has the CCP Party Committee been up to recently?
Why does the CCP's whole party
have to conduct a full-scale
for three months in a row?
Why do they have to emphasize
that only the CCP's Party Committee can mobilize troops?
And why did they suddenly talk about
the safety of the Central Chief of Staff?
Why did they suddenly talk about
the guard soldiers must be absolutely loyal to the Party?
All of this makes it hard to guess
what happened to the CCP's troops.
Okay, that's it for today's show.
