Carthage revived. The kingdom of the Vandals and the Alans.

Vandals and Alans are two barbarian tribes. The first were Germanic, presumably close relatives of the Goths, who came from cold Scandinavia. The others were nomadic people, related to the Sarmatians, who lived in the south of present-day Russia. It would seem that the two tribes are completely opposite - the West is the West, the East is the East. But something happened - the Huns and personally Atilla, the "Scourge of God", came to Europe. So at the end of the fourth century, these two tribes, persecuted by the Huns, united and began to migrate. Their way to a new homeland, as with many other tribes, lay through the lands of the Western Roman Empire, which they normally so cracked.
