Louisiana Governor Takes Aim at New Biden Title IX Rules: 'We Do Not Intend to Comply'

Louisiana Governor and state lawmakers announced Monday they will not comply with new Title IX rules recently imposed by the Biden Administration extending the protections originally meant for female athletes to those who identify as transgender.
Speaking at a press conference, Landry says his state's leadership will challenge the new rules in a fight he is "looking forward to."
