HIGHLIGHTS: Inter Miami 3-1 Nashville | Messi brace and Busquets first goal 😮‍💨 | MLS

Avila as a centre-back pairing is starting to really grow and blossom. Busquets pulling the strings in midfield. In front of them, Godoy, Yearwood and Sean Davis, they have a big responsibility to limit the space. Miami give you chances, but the key for them is can they be clinical and take those chances? Because if you don't, they know Miami can come the other way and punish them. They haven't scored from a set piece yet this season. Lovett's with that delivery! And they have now! Super delivery from Lovett and it's redirected home. Talk about a perfect start for Gary Schmitzman. Yearwood, a couple of signs here that Inter-Miami are finding their way into this match. What a ball. Little touch from Messi. Messi, edge of the penalty area. Still Messi, goes to his left! Big save from Panico! Super one-handed shot! Messi! Rebounded it! It's been all natural! Creation play between himself and Suarez is what creates this play ultimately. Last year when Messi came, it was Robert Taylor who was the benefactor of Messi's creativity and vision. And a mistake. And Messi, edge of the box! On his right foot! Oh, it's off the post! A slice of luck for Nashville! Bauer. Back for Panico. Strong header. At the back from Freire. And now, little ball in behind. And a chance for Mokhtar! He's in on goal! And Mokhtar! He tries to square it! And it's so held! Cut down! Suarez thought he had an open goal! Keeping the line high. So the good running of the ball from Mokhtar, unselfish as he tries to pass. Mokhtar made a nuisance of himself last time, so should watch for that as well. They go short. Messi. Curl delivery towards that far post! Open header! Panico with a big save! Gomez pulls it back! Still not fully cleared. Where you're now taking the bait, and doing something silly that allows your team, or allows them to undermine you. And Panico again struggling with his feet! And the ball's made across! Suarez! Off the line! After Martino, we'll be worried about that one. Panico! Beat at the net! And just the slightest of touches takes it home. Made on Messi. Just a really well driven ball to the near post. Over the head of the first defender, which is so key. And then it's Busquets with the darting run to the near post. Just gets a glancing header, and that's enough to beat Elliot Panico for the second time tonight. First touch takes him a little bit wider than he would have wanted to go. Up against the defender who he's toured so far. Schaffelberg still going. And ends up settling for a touch. Well, and that one from Godoy goes just over. I thought the chance was gone after Schaffelberg ran into pressure. Up against Alphonso, and he looked hard trying to get his cross in. Again the goalkeeper elects to stay in his line. And Suarez appealing that he was held. Negri tries to thread that one in behind him. Contact! It's going to be a contact. Willis on as a substitute at halftime. Up against Lionel Messi. Willis to try and keep his team in the game. He does it! Messi! Corner to right, gets to the corner. Sets the keeper a long way. It's a double play. Looked like Nevada sealed it, so it's 3-1. The large spell of possession, and yet at dinner Miami with the most pivotal moments and decisive moments. Alphonso earns a penalty kick.
