Hey guys what's up it's Ashley and Taylor and welcome back to Pink Coast.
For today's video we thought it'd be really fun to show you guys how we make
our coffee every single morning. So first we're going to start showing you guys
how we make our nut milk and then we'll get on to how we make our coffees.
Yeah excited. I don't think we've ever shown anyone how we make our coffee so
this is exciting. Let's get right into it. Let's do it.
Okay so the first thing we're going to do is make some almond milk. So we got
ourselves a jar. We put one cup of almonds in there and
then we filled it up with water and left it overnight.
So now this is what it looks like and then the next thing we're going to do
is we're going to strain these and we'll go from there.
Okay so now we've strained our almonds and now we're going to put them in the
blender.
Okay so next part is to add four cups water which we have right here
and it's already measured out in a massive mason jar.
Huge mason jar. And then you're pretty much ready. Your almond milk is almost
there.
Okay so we're going to just do a sprinkle of salt
like that and then just take a little splash
of vanilla just to sweeten it. Totally optional.
Like that. We don't really like to measure here as you can tell.
And then a teaspoon of sugar. That I will measure out.
Okay then I think we're good to go.
Goodness. And it's ready. Ready. That's so crazy hey.
Vitamix does all the work for us. Does all the work. Look at this.
Looks almost like milk. Just a little chunky. Just a little chunky right now.
We're gonna fix that though. Okay so this is where things can get
really messy. I don't know if we're ready for this.
This is the only hard part about making almond milk or nut milk is that
we should probably at this point just buy like a actual nut milk bag but we
don't. So we still use a tea cloth which works
every time. It works it's just a little bit of a messier
situation which is fine.
So we're only going to do a little bit.
Okay just hold it. Yeah. Like that.
We're going to make oat milk and almond milk today but we're going to save our
oat milk recipe for another day. Just because we made so much
almond and we don't really want to be wasting any milk. So we're going to just
strain our almond milk and then we're going to make some nice
coffees.
Okay so now it's time for the best part. It's time for coffee. So we're going to
make a couple espresso shots in our favorite little Breville machine.
Not sponsored but we wish. Breville listen up.
If you want to. It's amazing. So if you want to work with us. Let's do it.
We like your products. We love it. So yeah we're going to make a couple
espresso shots and then we're pretty much ready. Yeah
let's do it.
All right so key to our Twin Coast coffee is almond milk so we're going to
pour some of that in first. Homemade almond milk. Homemade.
It wouldn't be by Twin Coast if we didn't make a mess. With a little bit of
a spill. Just a little bit. Okay so finally finish the coffee here
I'm very ready for a coffee. Oh yeah much needed.
Tastes really good. Tastes good as normal. But if this
isn't as sweet as you guys want it you can always add more sugar or you can add
some honey or maple syrup. Agave. Agave.
You got it. But yeah that's it for today's video. Thank you guys so much for
watching. If you guys like this video make sure to give it a big thumbs up.
Also make sure to hit subscribe and turn on the post notifications because we're
uploading every Tuesday. So we'll see you on Tuesday.
If you guys are looking for this recipe it will be on our blog called Twin Coast.
And yeah thank you guys so much for watching. We'll see you on Tuesday.
