Many players are absent Kaplan is suspended Henderson Brobby Shutalo and Berghuis are injured And how is that going in Zwolle at the beginning of a very important week for Ajax will play the home game against Go Ahead Eagles next Thursday and the derby at the Kuip Feyenoord-Ajax next Sunday Tahirovic Linsson is not out of play big chance this must be a goal and it is also a goal by Christian Linsson At PEC Zwolle they look up to the assistant referee but the flag remains down Ajax is leading 1-0 not offside Polen lifts it Christian Linsson and it's 0-1 within the first quarter That was a great move by Tahirovic but also very well executed Lam McNulty He's plenty back at Ajax yet Reinders is easily targeted Here comes McNulty to deliver the cross Vellana's shot goes through Namli with the chance Via Kenneth Taylor the ball is passed Good extension here goes Reinders Rens glides out Reinders on the way to the goal Rens is quick to return there Reinders lets the cheese be eaten off the bread It was a real chance for PEC Zwolle to equalize Kenneth Taylor Bergwijn Taylor in one go through well played by Taylor from the trees Do not pull back your foot and that is important in this attack because now Ajax can go through Bergwijn can score Bergwijn and ultimately just barely missed the goal Thomas Lam's risky operation for Van den Bomen The attack continues the boss is also good Bergwijn through Schendelaar and Lam didn't get the ball in Ekpon was close Ramai Bergwijn who has a defender on his back Kersten Kersten wins the ball As Tahirovic turned the ball to Van den Berg Ekpon Ajax is back on the attack Linssom with him this is Ekpon and now he's in it's 0-2 Also because the ball is temporarily redirected by Kersten Eighth goal of the season for Ekpon who scores again just like two weeks ago at the Castle against Sparta And yet it's quite easy here Davy van den Berg let him continue his way Van Polen who pushed himself away from Tahirovic manages to pass the ball to Hato Kersten If this continues Peksvolle will soon have a big chance Van den Berg and the shot saved by Manswerk But the home team takes the initiative now McNulty and Ramai lets him go Tee got him in front of the goal but couldn't get him in No it was Lam Ajax stands by and watches Namli and then Lam who can shoot Now the rescue is excellent from Ramai Stylishly packaged by Ramai stylish is usually with the Ajax goalkeeper Rijnders McNulty not out of the picture Rijnders on the outside McNulty on the inside He doesn't form a partnership with Tee because Namli has more space Namli this is a real serious opportunity for a player with his technical skills It's a corner kick for Peksvolle via Taylor Quick decision Velanas Namli and a free shot here A real great chance to score for Bram van Polen Kersten Oh the ball is still rolling Yes then Peksvolle can go on the attack Manshoff wanted to whistle but he's careful with the rules Velanas in a position of power but Velanas does it themselves Loses sight of the big picture loses control and ends up with a weak shot Geel is for Manswerk Ajax escaped It is not far nor too far and also not pure No the faith of Peksvolle that there is still something possible It doesn't seem to be in the second half Velios is in position Tie gets the ball from Van den Berg And this is immediately a chance for the water Choose to shoot Krustef Let yourself be almost surprised by Ekpom And that ultimately happens as well Linsson Ekpom can go on to score Ekpom could have won the match in the final moments Krastef's mistake Cold on the field Across the water Velios in position Van den Water That was almost Velios They immediately pose a threat Good pass The faction is too sharp from Van den Water The cake is baked Naturally Krastef dribbles past Krastef Krastef now you have to score boy He does It's 1-2 The attacker who just made a mistake Allowing Ekpom the chance to score 0-3 Does he now ensure that the tension is back The difference is just one between Peksvoller and Ajax Kick the ball Tahir is gliding by Krastef is not impressed Lang balbezit voor Pek Bram van Polen's goal Ajax avoids a 2-2 draw here He is out of the game Here goes Guy Ekpom can now finish it and he does It's 1-3 He gets injured Ekpom is suffering from a cramp The advantage is again 2 in Ajax's favor Peksvoller is very close to the equalizer This is an excellent goal The run of Anton Guy Excellent finish Door Ekpom makes his second A good ball from Poland Again the chance for him to score a goal He brings the tension back The flag is raised for the offside As with Van den Water's goal It's a Polish offside Van den Water Ramai can show again what he can do Ajax ultimately wins With a 3-1 victory in Zwolle Thanks to two goals from Ekpom
