In the midst of a very busy life, training for a young person seems to be difficult. However, when I learned about the Dharma, I felt very good. Both mental and physical health were improved. I was able to get rid of the addictive substances such as alcohol, cigarettes, and bad habits such as playing chess, football. My body feels very light. For years, since I started to practice, I have never had to take any medicine. But when I learned about the Dharma, I understood the meaning of life. Why do I have to live? Where do I come from? What do I live for? Where will I go? The Great Dharma is also known as the Dharma of Merit. It is a practice of the Buddha's Great Perfection, which includes five Dharma practices and mental training based on the principles of Chen, Tien, and Nhan. In 1992, the Great Dharma was passed down from Master Li Hongzhi from Changshun, China, and is now present in more than 100 countries. Over the past 30 years, hundreds of millions of people around the world have been practicing the principles of Chen, Tien, and Nhan of the Great Dharma to cultivate the mind, cultivate virtue, and cultivate kindness. When I was young, I was very clumsy, very naughty, and I didn't like to study. I was a very naughty child. But now, people look at me with different eyes. Today, I can say that I am becoming the pride of my family. First of all, it is about economy, spirit, and health. After practicing, I am very happy that I don't have to spend money to buy medicine. I am very happy and love life. After practicing for a long time, I see that my friend is no longer there. I am very happy. People who practice the principles of Chen, Tien, and Nhan of the Great Dharma are taught to practice the principles of Chen, Tien, and Nhan of the Great Dharma. It is clear that if many people in this world practice the principles of the Great Dharma, the society will be better. In the modern society, people value materials and money. Many people have realized that the foundation of human morality has fallen into the abyss. People are no longer kind, disorderly, cruel, and full of illusions. The epidemic, natural disasters, and humanization are getting more and more serious. On January 20, 2023, the 29th lunar month, Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of the Falun Gong, published a book titled Why Humanity Exists. The book, which contains many verses, has touched people's hearts and caused a great stir in the community. After reading the book, I was very moved. The questions about the origin of human beings, about rebirth, about the birth and death of the elderly, about the cause and effect, about heaven and hell, were explained very clearly by Master in the book. I realized that all these things are true. After reading Master Li Hongzhi's book, I realized that the truth is a mark of human history. It tells us that there are gods and Buddhas in this world. What is the origin of the infinite universe? What is the origin of heaven, earth, and human beings? Where do people come from and where will they go? What is the true meaning of being human? Why is humanity coming to the end of the world? Why is there chaos and disaster? These questions were answered by Master Li Hongzhi in his book, Why Humanity Exists. Master Li explained that the universe has laws of causation and destruction, which correspond to the human beings' thoughts and behaviors. When it comes to the human race, society is also chaotic. There are no more moral standards for the human race. Therefore, humanity is at risk of extinction. This is the time to act. The end is today. God created humanity and set the moral values for human beings. If human beings know how to use these moral values as the basis for all their actions, concepts, and behaviors, then society will survive and will always be protected by God. In a difficult situation, it makes no sense for human beings to keep their morality, values, and traditional beliefs. The spirit of heaven is the life saved by God. In the past, there were many years when human civilization was destroyed because people lost the moral standards that God allowed. But there has never been any kind of morality like the one we have today. But God is still waiting for humanity to wake up and turn around. In my opinion, this book opens the way to save humanity today with God's endless mercy. Time will still go through many difficulties. Everyone, please read this book. When he said this, it meant that he told humanity that we have to have a good spirit and do good deeds. Then we will overcome the difficulties. Humanity is facing a crisis. Is it a coincidence that the Great Law was passed down at the right time? For more than 30 years, every hour, every day, in every alley, every corner of the street, the students of the Great Law have been working hard to bring the message of peace and the Great Law to everyone on the street. Also because kindness is the light of the Great Law, it is the Great Law that brings humanity back to a good moral foundation. This is hope. This is compassion all over the world for each of us to find the way back to our true nature in our lives.
