Château de Cormatin

Between Tournus and Cluny, in the heart of Southern Burgundy, the Château de Cormatin awaits you amidst its gardens and water features.
The Marquis d’Huxelles had it built at the beginning of the 17th century to demonstrate their power and prestige: wide moats, turrets, high plinth with bossages, gun ports, and drawbridge, the castle was designed to impress. It still succeeds today.
