The Big First-Grader and the Small Second-Grader ( English Sub )

Masaya is a towering first-grader who often cries, making it difficult for him to walk alone on the shadowy route to school. Therefore, the person who assists him is Akiyo, an undersized yet skilled second-grader who holds his hand. Despite his large size, Masaya yearns to be as robust as Akiyo and looks up to her. However, a sad incident brings tears to Akiyo's eyes one day. To lift her gloomy mood, Masaya embarks on an expedition to the far-off Ipponsugi woodlands to search for the charming spotted bellflowers that Akiyo adores.
