(Bundesliga 2023/2024): Highlights Stuttgart - Union Berlin

That was Sluice from Neubel and Gosens finding Schäfer. Good save by Neubel and calmly away. Back in by Gosens, away by Mittelstädt. Maybe there was always going to be a correction at some stage. There's Karatsol, that's nice and Gerasi. Never in doubt, he's having a season for the ages. 21st. A bit of air on that there to be attacked. It was swelled out with. Shot driven. Goldwitsen off target but not by much from Stensel. Driven. Kadir is header. Still bouncing around. It's Folland and he did well to get a shot on target. The geometry was against him. More sure-footed clearance from Neubel this time. Excellent from Fryerich to release Gerasi. That's a lovely ball and it's Wagnermann. Good save by Röhnow. Did just enough the day. It was a perfect build-up but this is a perfect save as well. Voigt and Gerasi again battling away. Plenty of air on that. The free header for Tusa is cleared off the line and the shot from Vitesse and on the follow-up is wide. There's been a lot of talk about his future. He's been quite coy about what his plans are but Manuel Neuer and Sven Ulreich still out buying a sign. The deals of the shots driven in from range by Folland. He can hit them on his left. Here's Mio. Fryerich. It's Fryerich. Lots of space here for Undov between the lines. Gerasi trying to return it to him. Away by Diogo Leite only as far as Fryerich and here is Fryerich. Spellbinding. Utterly sensational from Chris Fryerich. It is another wonderful Stuttgart goal. They have scored so many this season and that is why they are on track for the Champions League. It's 2-0. And we have seen Chris Fryerich score that kind of goals many times before. Coming from the left. Talking inside with great right foot. Aiming for the right corner. Renaud knows of course it's gonna come at the right corner. Player that had a long spell as a youth at Schalke. He had time on Dortmund's books. He was at Paderborn but he's really blossomed as a Stuttgart player. And that is why. Knee high. An open sole and the referee decided that was enough to necessitate a red card. Bjarne, what do you make of that? It's the right decision. Here's Anton. Labelling. Away by Fuchs. Here's Alex Kral, the Czech midfielder. Wagnermann winning it back. It's Wagnermann. Good save by Renaud. He got down really sharply. Labelling. That's nice. It's good cross too. Kept alive towards Zundau. Away by Kral. And the shot was awkward and wide of the target. And it is another big step towards the glory of Champions League qualification for Stuttgart.
