I just wanted to share my perspective on phone addiction, social media and content consumption.

I realised its a process of self improvement and developing self control. But our overall wellbeing is more than just the act of an addiction to our phones, but also the type of content we take in our minds. Practicing meditation helped me realised that its important to try and improve my thoughts and be a more positive and pure person. A lot of stuff on the internet adds up in our minds and can make our thoughts turn in a negative direction. So in this video I share some tools I've found to help on this journey of life and self growth.
