DEADLY PUNCHES OF SILAT - Martial Arts Basic Training

Today, I was training Silat Martial Arts out in my garden revisiting the core fundamental techniques of my martial arts practice, and thought, why keep this to myself? So I decided to make this video and share it with those who are either just starting their martial arts practice or want to work on some core basics. My martial arts primarily pull from the core arts I've practiced over the years being Kali (Filipino) Silat (more Southeast Asian), and Jeet Kune Do. I hope you have some fun trying out these techniques from Silat in today's practice.
