My Martial Arts and Mobility Morning Routine and Workout. Daily consistent practice is how to make gains in any skill and is the same when it comes to mobility, martial arts, strength, and longevity. I've had a number of people ask me about my morning routine, and what I do, so HERE IT IS! Every morning I practice and start my day with Mobility and Martial Arts focusing on only using the movement capabilities my body already has. I'm not pushing for strength or flexibility gains here, just waking up my body, getting in, and moving strongly so I can feel good as I progress with my day. But, each day is different! Most importantly, HAVE FUN!
