Body of small child found inside duffle bag in Philadelphia's Mantua neighborhood

Philadelphia police say the body of a child, possibly between the ages of 4 and 7, was found inside a duffle bag in the Mantua section of the city on Monday morning. Police cannot tell if there are any signs of trauma due to the state of decomposition of the body.
