1、山药具有补肾、壮腰膝的作用,患者可用山药熬制稀饭或直接蒸熟食用;
2、杞果具有填补肾精的作用,患者可用杞果泡水,通过补肾经,进而营养腰膝,达到缓解腰部疼痛的效果,一般可获得较好的疗效;
3、核桃具有补肾的作用,患者每天可食用3-5个核桃;
