BREAD RECIPE:
3 cups of flour
1.5 teaspoons of yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
1.5-2 cups of hot water (100-110 degrees) this depends on yeast brand used. Too hot and it will kill yeast.

-Mix until dough consistency
-Cover with tea towel and allow time to rise
-Once dough has risen…. Kneed with a small amount of flour. Do not over handle. Just enough to coat with flour
-Line dutch oven or pan with parchment paper before adding dough
-Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes depending on oven.
