通过今早的了解，由于我们的服务器是在中国香港，但客服邮箱是中国大陆的，可能会存在部分客户邮件发送不到我们的客服邮箱或我们的邮件回复没有送达客户那里（也有可能被存放在客户垃圾邮箱里了）。
帮忙看下您那边是否可以通过客户ID查询到客户邮箱，我们想调查下是否属于这类情况，以便我们对客户进行补救赠送礼品或折扣码和道歉。
还有反映订了货没到的朋友，后来给我邮件告诉我产品已经收到了❤️ 因为不同产品分批寄出又没有说明，导致了误会。
