Before starting, let's watch a short video to recap the interview.
Welcome.
Hello. I'm sorry I'm late. I'm so busy.
Why are your hands so wet? Did you just wash your hands?
No, I didn't.
Please have a seat.
I'm sweating.
Can you introduce yourself?
My name is Phu Hung Ho.
My parents gave me the name Cuong Cuong.
When I grew up, my parents gave me the name Hung Ho.
Can you focus on your major?
My major?
My major is Dota.
Dota?
Yes.
Is it an online game?
Yes, it is.
I'm studying about it to create a software for young people to play.
You're studying about a game software?
Yes.
I find it quite interesting.
Yes.
Why did you sign up for our company?
I don't know. I saw it on the Internet.
I just signed up.
You just signed up?
Yes.
What do you think is your suitable position in our company?
I'm just sitting there.
I don't have any questions.
What do you think when I put you in my position?
I don't know.
You don't know?
I thought you knew everything.
I don't know how to do that.
Oh, really?
Yes.
That's all I know.
Actually, our company already has a suitable position.
Really?
Yes.
I advise you not to be so sure about your answer.
Do you understand?
Yes.
To be honest, we're lacking a software repairman for our company.
Do you think you can take this position?
Yes, I've studied about it.
If you give me a chance, I'll try my best.
You'll try your best?
Yes, I'll try my best.
That's good.
Actually, it's not a difficult position.
Before you get in, our company will have a training.
You don't have to ask for a high-level position.
You just need to be quick and easy, especially at the right time.
Thank you so much.
Wait, I haven't decided anything yet.
Oh, it's not me?
I thought you said easy and at the right time.
One last question.
If you get a job at our company, how much salary will you get?
Salary?
It doesn't matter.
I don't care.
Other people ask for salary.
I just want to contribute to the company.
You don't care about salary?
I just want to contribute.
Okay, that's enough for today.
Yes.
If there's anything, we'll call you later.
Yes.
Don't forget to call me.
You should listen to me.
I'll try my best.
Don't forget to call me.
We'll see.
Goodbye.
Yes.
Goodbye.
Don't forget to call me.
Goodbye.
When should we talk about salary?
At the beginning or at the end?
Or should we call them first?
I don't want to answer wrongly.
I'm not confident, but I'll do my best.
You've been a volunteer for a long time.
The first question we want to ask is
how did you get the first impression when you walked into the interview room?
It's easy.
To get the first impression of a volunteer,
we should think about our job.
How can we be well-adjusted and confident?
We should know our name and use it to greet and shake hands with the interviewer.
We should have a smile to create a friendly atmosphere when we start an interview.
In your experience, what are the things that make you feel the first impression when you see them?
In my experience,
when the interviewer is invited,
they immediately...
The second thing is
when the interviewer is not invited yet,
they sit down.
I think it's a small problem.
But the interviewer should be confident.
Don't worry too much.
If you worry too much, the interviewer will lose himself.
After getting the first impression,
what are the first questions that the interviewer usually asks?
After getting the first impression,
and when we are in the position,
the interviewer will ask the interviewer to prepare himself.
At this stage,
after the interviewer has sent the application to the interviewer,
we should not avoid repeating what has been shown in the application.
We should focus on our strengths.
The strengths that can impress the interviewer.
You need to notice that the first moments are very important.
So as long as you make a good impression,
the path will be smoother.
Answering the first question,
because it is one of the most important questions
to make the first impression on the user.
In the interview,
when the interviewer answers the question,
how do you answer it will make the most impression?
First of all, I advise you to read carefully
and understand the content of the application.
When you share with the user,
just share the strengths or highlights of your application.
You should not repeat it.
It will take a long time.
As for the highlights of your CV,
when the interviewer answers the question
and describes his experience,
you should ask if you should exaggerate a little
or show a little confidence to make an impression.
To talk about the strengths of the interviewer,
the interviewer can share with his achievements.
Achievements in study,
achievements in work,
even if you can participate in social activities,
you can also share.
However, we should not boast too much about our ability.
We use words with positive and negative connotations
to see if the user is suitable for that position or not.
If you do not have experience,
those skills,
those working experiences with such a society,
those knowledge,
are they suitable for our position?
Thank you.
We will talk more about it in the next part.
Thank you.
This is the first part of the interview.
We will be back in a few minutes.
I am Phuong Nguyen on FBNC channel.
We will continue the topic of interview
in the program,
FBNC's Business Moment,
co-produced by Vietnamese Business Academy.
Welcome.
We will continue the topic of evaluating the interviewer.
Do you have any popular tools or methods
to evaluate the interviewer?
I think not only DKSS,
but all companies are the same.
When evaluating the interviewer,
we also use tools
including hard skills and soft skills
to find out if the interviewer is suitable for our position or not.
For hard skills,
we can interview directly
the interviewer to find out
the knowledge,
the practical experience,
and the skills
that are suitable for our position.
Or we have some specialized tests,
such as IT,
computer,
business,
or engineering.
We have some tests
to see if your skills are suitable or not.
At the same time,
we also have case studies
for you to study
and you can give us some feedback.
For example,
in a marketing position,
you can study the research of the product
and you have a plan
to do marketing for our product.
About a week later,
you will present
that position to us
to test the personality of the interviewer.
For example,
PI,
we can predict the personality of the interviewer
to be suitable for our position or not.
Then,
personality,
attitude,
behavior,
or suitability.
And some other tests,
such as Harrison Assessment,
and so on.
During the interview,
the interviewer will ask
about your experience and skills.
For those who don't have much experience
and skills,
or who don't have much experience,
can you convince them with your attitude?
You can create more points in front of the interviewer
by your attitude,
by the way you present yourself,
by the way you communicate,
by the way you speak
and so on.
If you don't have much experience,
will that happen?
In my opinion...
