Chanel Classic Flap Bag Restoration

This is a jumbo Chanel bag that was originally beige and then it got dyed red and the owner wanted to make it black so she gave it to somebody who absolutely ruined it with this weird paint. So now I'm going to have to strip down all the layers like I did here and then I'm going to have to dye it black again. I'm already six hours in and this is the best I could do to scrap off all the layers. As you can see it was not really successful but I put leather conditioner on and now I'm going to dye it black.
