During House floor debate, Rep. Jenny Graham stood up in humble support of Initiative 2113 to restore the reasonable standard to police vehicular pursuits. Graham stated: People fleeing the police shouldn't feel empowered to do so, and that's why the people of Washington state rose up and said 'enough.'
